Materials formed two groups: first group used kinesio taping reduce spasticity, second was prescribed adaptive exercises combined gnathic device. evaluated clinical using developed screening diagnosis functional by electromyographic examination after 14 days three months. Results Both groups showed positive treatment routcomes. Children demonstrated significant improvement clinically electromyographically. However, short-term observation discovered faster effect taping, though differences were not statistically significant. Adaptive device more effective long run, statistical analysis data reliably ref lects. Conclusion proved include both myofunctional relieve hypertonicity. There no side effects or complications. Treatment planning requires an individual approach based on situation
